Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://athonsolar.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Athon Solar reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Athon Solar provides Solar Panel Cleaning, Solar Panel Installation, Solar Panel Removal, Solar Panel Repair, Solar Panel Replacement, Solar System Inspection and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Athon Solar (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Athon Solar makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Athon Solar arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Athon Solar from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Athon Solar reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
